your skin and restore your confidence. Our patients get immediate results with the Bela MD treatments and trust our
certified Medical Aestheticians with their facial balancing routine.
How it Works
The Bela MD is a closed-loop microdermabrasion hydrofacial system. It effectively treats acne, fine lines, sun damage and dryness while boosting collagen, improving skin elasticity, and providing an immediate, radiant glow with no downtime. The treatment is safe for all skin types and can be customized to specific needs, making it effective for both immediate, “red-carpet” results and long-term skin health maintenance.
I have had several treatments done at River Stone and I’ve been a client at the wellness centre for many years. I love it here! They are so caring and they really make you feel comfortable. The aesthetician I see explains everything to me before we do a treatment, and she’s excellent. I’ve done laser hair removal and a microdermabrasion facial. The facial was so soothing and relaxing, and it made my skin look absolutely radiant!

The Six Treatment Steps Explained:
Before and After Bela Microdermabrasion Facial

It is not recommended to get a Bela MD microdermabrasion if you are pregnant, as most dermatologists and professional guidelines advise avoiding microdermabrasion during pregnancy due to heightened skin sensitivity and limited research. Hormonal changes during pregnancy make your skin more sensitive and prone to irritation, prolonged redness, and pigmentation changes (melasma), all of which can be exacerbated by aggressive exfoliation treatments like microdermabrasion.
The electrical neuromuscular stimulation (EMS) component might cause a mild tingling or a feeling of muscle movement, which some people find to be a “funny” or relaxing sensation.
The diamond-tipped wand creates a feeling similar to a gentle “superficial skin polishing” or light pressure and suction on the skin.
Some people may experience mild redness or flushing for a few hours after the session.
No, the Bela MD diamond microdermabrasion treatment is not painful. It is a non-invasive procedure generally described as a comfortable and relaxing experience, with no downtime required.
